R. Veigel GmbH Spiel- und Sportwaren- fabrik is a company focusing on toys, fun and recreation. Our most successful product is Magic Balloon - a creative toy that proves one more time: Great ideas are simple in nature.

Company History - A story of success
In the mid-Fifties Dr. Helmut Cohn developed an elastic paste which made the impossible possible. The product was called "Blase Ball" and was marketed directly at toy shows/fairs. The "Blase Ball" paste allows kids to make their own balloon creations by blowing up the elastic paste and shaping it. From simple round shapes to funny fantasy figures, assembled with differently sized balloons, Blase Ball supported creative playing and became a real success, domestically and overseas.

1993 R.Veigel GmbH took over the product and expanded the success story further. Believing that a static company cannot survive, we've continued to improve and refine our product. We introduced a one of a kind blowing tube with a one way safety check valve and focused on innovative marketing activities to ensure continuing growth opportunities in new markets around the globe.

The increase in demand overseas
required that the old 'Blase Ball'
be given the new name "Magic Balloon".
